Part-time Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Record and reconcile financial transactions

Process invoices, payments, and receipts

Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records

Support budget preparation and financial planning

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable

Collaborate with external accountants and auditors when required

Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

Prepare financial documentation and reports for management
Requirements/Essential Qualifications
-
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

Experience in real estate or property management accounting

Familiarity with VAT, payroll, and tax procedures
